Yesterday, police arrested the leader of ETA, a seperatist group in Basque region in Spain. Gogeascoechea Arronategui, the leader, was wanted for the murder of a police officer for 12 years. ETA is considered a terrorist group. ETA represents Euskadi ta Askatasuna, which in the language of the Basque region means, "Basque Homeland and Liberty." The memembers of ETA believe that Basque should be a seperate country and are terrorizing people to try to become seperate from Spain. According to CNN, ETA has already replaced Gogeascoechea Arronategui with another memember. This group is very dangerous to the people of Spain, and is trying to be stopped by the Spanish police.
